Are you in to unique cars? How about unique cars that are not only restored, but modified? I have a treat for you! I'm building a 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS, from the ground up, and modifying everything I can in an attempt to make this the best of its kind, including motor, suspension, paint and interior.
